Toxic Affirmations – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Toxic Affirmations mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Toxic Affirmations provides daily affirmation content delivered through the app interface, notifications, and optional widgets. We offer both free and premium subscription services.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental permission.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription Terms
- Free trial subscription automatically converts to paid subscription unless canceled
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including affirmations, designs, and logos, is owned by Toxic Affirmations and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which addresses how we collect, use, and share your information.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The affirmations provided are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered medical or psychological advice.
